Coach Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions as soon as you hold a coach account. Where they conflict, these terms prevail for the coach area.

A coach account lets you buy credits, invite athletes and view their test results.

2. Your role under data protection law

For the athlete data you view and use through the service, you are yourself the controller within the meaning of Art. 5 lit. j DSG. You are not our processor, and we are not yours.

That means we give you no instructions on how to train or advise based on a test result — and you make your own decisions about which data you process and why, and carry the responsibility for them.

3. Invitations

You may only invite people who have agreed to be coached by you and to your seeing their results. Do not invite anyone without their knowledge.

An invitation is bound to the email address you enter and entitles the recipient to exactly one test. For minors you need the consent of a holder of parental responsibility before inviting.

4. Handling results

Your athletes' results contain health data. Treat them accordingly:

• Use them only to coach the person concerned.
• Do not pass them to third parties — including other athletes, clubs or sponsors — without that person's consent.
• Do not publish identifiable results, for instance on social media, without consent.
• Do not share your account access with anyone.
• Tell us without delay if results have become accessible to people who should not have them.

5. Requests from your athletes

If an athlete asks you for access, rectification or deletion, that concerns the data under your responsibility, and you answer those requests yourself.

Requests about the data we hold go to info@adactiv.app. We will tell you if such a request needs your cooperation.

6. The link and how it ends

The link between you and an athlete lasts until either side ends it. The athlete may remove it at any time, without asking you and without giving a reason.

From then on you see no new results. Results you already received or exported remain your responsibility: delete them once you no longer need them for coaching.

7. Credits

Section 4.2 of the General Terms governs buying and spending credits. Credits are tied to your account, do not expire, are not transferable and are not paid out in cash.

8. Termination

You may give up your coach account at any time. We may suspend a coach account for a serious breach of these terms — in particular inviting people without their consent, or passing results to third parties.

Unspent credits are discussed case by case; contact us before closing your account.

9. Liability

Section 8 of the General Terms limits our liability for the service. You are liable for your own processing of athlete data, and you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms and will tell you about material changes in advance. Swiss law applies; the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Schwyz.
